This is the core. Everything I think, build, ship, and share runs through here. The Kernel isn't a portfolio. It's not a resume. It's the operating layer underneath everything I do.

The design work. The writing. The frameworks. The tools. The decisions I've documented and the ones I'm still figuring out. I built this the way I build products. Started rough. Shipped it before it was ready. Kept iterating until it became something I'd actually use myself. Every section here exists because it earned its place, not because some portfolio template told me I needed it.

If you're a founder trying to figure out if I'm the right person to help you build, this will tell you more than any deck or call ever could. If you're a designer trying to figure out how to think about your own work, take whatever's useful. That's what it's here for. This isn't a highlight reel. It's the whole system. Running live.
