I Build My Ideas

I don't keep ideas in my head. If something's worth thinking about, it's worth building. But here's what most people get wrong: building is the easy part. Anyone can ship something. The hard part is knowing what to build, why it matters, and who it's actually for. That's product thinking. That's curation. Every project in this archive was chosen with intent, not built because I could, but because I believed it needed to exist. I use the same rigor I bring to product strategy on my own work. If I wouldn't ship it to users, it doesn't belong here.

Vibe coding is more addictive than any video game ever made (if you know what you want to build) - Naval

This is living proof. Every concept I've explored, every tool I've shipped, every experiment that worked and every one that didn't. I treat ideas like hypotheses: they mean nothing until they're tested. So I test them. Constantly.

Some become products that millions of people use. Some become frameworks that change how I approach problems. Some fail fast and teach me what not to build next. I document all of it because the process is the point. Craft improves through repetition. Thinking sharpens through making. Business instincts develop through shipping. This isn't a portfolio of highlights, it's a record of practice.

And through all of it, the designing, the coding, the shipping, the failing, I developed something you can't learn from a course or a case study: taste. The instinct for what belongs and what doesn't. The judgment to know when to push further and when to stop. Every project sharpened my sense of what good actually looks like, not as an opinion, but as a skill built through thousands of decisions made under real constraints. That's the difference between someone who can build and someone who knows what's worth building.

I learned by doing, breaking things, rebuilding them better, and then teaching others what I figured out along the way. Curiosity isn't a trait for me, it's an operating system. I pull apart interfaces, business models, protocols, entire industries just to understand how they work and where they fall short. That obsession with understanding is what makes the craft sharp and the leadership real. I've built companies from nothing, scaled products to millions, and led teams through the kind of chaos that only early stage building can throw at you. Not because I had credentials or a playbook but because I stayed in the room longer than everyone else, kept asking better questions, and never stopped shipping. The work is the credential. Give people wonderful tools, and they'll do wonderful things.
