I Think Out Loud
I don't polish my thoughts before sharing them. That defeats the purpose. These recordings are what I actually think about AI, building, design, and the future of how we create things. Raw. Unfiltered. Sometimes uncomfortable. Most of what I know came from getting it wrong first.
From co-founding companies that taught me more in failure than any success ever did. From scaling products to millions of users and realizing the playbook I followed was broken. From betting early on AI as a creative tool when people were still debating whether it was a threat. I stopped debating and started building with it. That changed everything. These aren't lectures. They're voice notes from someone who's still in the arena. Two minutes at a time. No guests, no scripts, no corporate framing. Just observations from the intersection of AI, design, and building things from nothing.
The stuff I wish someone told me ten years ago and the stuff I think most people are getting wrong right now. I just let ElevenLabs make it sound like I recorded in a studio instead of my living room at 1 AM. If I'm going to preach AI-native workflows, the least I can do is practice it. If something I say makes you rethink how you work, build, or create, it did its job.
