I’ve seen it too many times - the loud ones fall first.
The ones who think they’re untouchable, who treat people like they’ll never need them again.
But time has a way of balancing things out.
The table always turns.
The intern becomes the investor.
The junior designer becomes the decision-maker.
The person you ignored ends up holding the keys to the room you’re trying to enter.
That’s why I don’t play status games.
I’ve been the unknown name in the corner and I’ve been the one people suddenly want something from.
Both teach you the same lesson: humility isn’t weakness - it’s insurance.
Stay kind when you win.
Stay grounded when you rise.
Because the higher you climb, the easier it is to forget that you’re not above anyone, just ahead of where they are right now.
I don’t care how much success you have, how much money you make, or how many people know your name.
The second you start thinking you’re bigger than the people around you, you’ve already started losing.
The world moves in circles.
One day you’re up, one day you’re down and how you treat people in between decides who shows up when the table turns again.
So stay humble.
Because power shifts.
And when it does, you’ll want to be remembered for your character, not your ego.
