Reward

Reward doesn’t always come in big moments
sometimes it’s quiet, small,
like a breath after hard work,
or a smile that feels real.

I’ve chased rewards that felt far away,
thinking only success or money mattered.

But I’m learning the best rewards
are the ones that fill my heart,
that remind me I’m growing,
that say, “You’re enough.”

Sometimes, the reward is just peace
and that’s enough for me.
